Deleting is permanent
Log in on the official portal
Sign in at sso.rajasthan.gov.in with the SSO ID you want to delete.Open your profile
Go to your profile settings from the dashboard.Find the delete option
Select the option to delete your SSO account.Confirm with OTP
Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile or email to confirm.Account deleted
Your SSO ID is permanently removed.
How to merge a Citizen ID into a Government Employee ID: 6 steps
Government employees who also have a Citizen SSO ID can merge the two. You will need your SAN (State Assigned Number) and employee code.
Log in with your Government Employee SSO ID
Sign in using your Government Employee account, not the Citizen one.Open the merge option
Go to your profile and select the option to merge accounts.Enter the Citizen SSO ID
Provide the Citizen SSO ID you want to merge in.Provide SAN and employee code
Enter your SAN (State Assigned Number) and your employee code.Verify with OTP
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile or email.Confirm the merge
Your Citizen ID is merged into your Government Employee ID.
Merge or delete: which should you choose?
Merge if you are a government employee with both a Citizen ID and a Government Employee ID and want a single login. Delete only if you no longer need an SSO account at all, because deletion is permanent.
