Registration
Citizens (using Jan Aadhaar, Google or Facebook), businesses (using BRN or Udyog Aadhaar), and state government employees (using their SIPF ID).
It depends on your category: Jan Aadhaar or a Google/Facebook account for citizens, BRN or Udyog Aadhaar for businesses, and a SIPF ID for government employees.

Recovery
Send an SMS with the exact text RJ SSO to 9223166166, or use the forgot SSO ID option on the portal.
Send an SMS with the exact text RJ SSO PASSWORD to 9223166166, or use the forgot password option on the portal.
The SMS method works only if you have logged in at least once after 07/09/2018 from your registered mobile number. Otherwise, use the portal method.
When you reset your password on the portal, you get a temporary password to log in once. Change it to your own strong password right after logging in.
Account management
Yes, from your profile. Deletion is permanent and confirmed with an OTP, so be sure before you continue.
Government employees can merge a Citizen SSO ID into a Government Employee ID using their SAN (State Assigned Number) and employee code.
Open Update Profile from your dashboard, click the pencil (edit) icon next to the field, and verify the change with an OTP.
