OTR (One Time Registration) creates a single reusable profile on the Rajasthan Recruitment Portal. You complete it once — basic details, KYC, and a one-time fee — and then reuse it for future recruitment applications. This is separate from your SSO ID login.
Read the instructions and click OK
On your first visit to the Recruitment Portal an instruction screen appears. Read it and click OK to continue to the OTR form.
Fill the Basic Details
Complete every required field in the OTR form. The Basic Details section covers General Details, Domicile Details, Correspondence Address, Permanent Address, and Special Category. Refer to the help document in the 'Notification' section of the 'Notice Board' on the Recruitment Portal for guidance.
Complete your KYC
After the Basic Details, verify your identity (KYC) by selecting Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar, or your SSO Profile.
Pay the OTR fee
After successful KYC, make the OTR payment to complete registration. The amount depends on your category (see the fee table below).

You can complete KYC with Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar, or your SSO Profile. Keep the relevant ID and your registered mobile handy.

Specially Abled candidates
Candidates in the Specially Abled category pay ₹400 regardless of their main category (Reserved or Unreserved).
